This attractive and well furnished cottage, set within the owners’ 6.5-acre grounds is ideally positioned for enjoying the glories of Exmoor National Park. The resorts of Lynton and Lynmouth, linked by cliff railway, lie within easy reach as do idyllic Watersmeet, Badgeworthy Water (of notorious ‘Doone’ family fame), Dunster Castle, Minehead and the West Somerset Railway. Wimbleball Lake for fishing and water sports, and the bustling market town of Tiverton are close by whilst beautiful Dartmoor is a further afield. Riding, golf and good pubs locally. The pretty town of Brampton is 2 miles away. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 miles.

One bedroom. Comfortably furnished open plan sitting room with part screened dining and kitchen area. First floor: Large double bedroom with 6' bed (twins by arr), beamed sloping ceiling, additional single bed (for + child) and ensuite bathroom/WC (shower attachment).

A fantastic location, in a very nice setting. A good base for the Exmoor region. Great for children, our daughter had a great time at the cottage and within the grounds. Friendly and welcoming host. Lots of pets so good if you like animals. Our daughter enjoyed playing with the dogs and cats, ducks and chickens and feeding the horses. We would certainly recommend this location and would return ourselves.
